Moor Place is an office building in The City of London.
I was commissioned by Brookfield Properties to create the brand identity, website and brochure for their office building near Moorgate Station. The identity work included naming the building and a logo where the design imitates the architecture with the staircase terraces. The primary colours are based on the the building’s interior and the playful secondary colours were used throughout the campaign to highlight various unique selling points – the green surrounding area, nearby transportation options etc.
The brochure and website work as elegant leasing tools for Moor Place. The website has a bespoke map tool where the potential occupier can filter nearby amenities, see the distance to tube stations and airports as well as view floor plans and images of the building.
